BlogPulse2RSS/1.01:

BlogPulse2RSS/1.01 provides a free BlogPulse-to-RSS interface. Enter your Blog URL and you’ll receive a custom RSS 2.0 feed with the results from BlogPulse Profiles.

If you haven’t played with Blogpulse Profiles yet then I suggest you take the time. Here’s an example of Boing Boing’s profile.

Back in the day I thought of implementing similar functionality for Rojo. I’m sure the guys at Technorati or Feedster thought the same thing. Danny O’Brian pulled me aside at CodeCon and said this was a critical feature for blog aggregators.

I think he’s right.

I’m also going to have to dive into their APIs. I was thinking of doing a full writeup of all the web-service APIs for bloggs out in the wild. Doing a review of Feedster, Technorati, Blogpulse, Ice Rocket, Bloglines, etc would be great.

Blogpulse Profiles is a bit handicapped though. They only index the to 10k blogs. Not very useful to your average blogger. This only helps to reenforce the powerlaw curve of the A-list bloggers. Blogs are interesting because of the long tail not because of the A-list bloggers!

Still this would be a good RSSian (new word!) way to keep track of your profile changes.
