Check out FeedLounge:
Subscribe to your favorite RSS and Atom feeds and enjoy the most powerful and elegant web-based feed reading experience ever created.
Besides standard feed reading features, FeedLounge offers a number of unique features like tagging, saving items indefinitely, flagging items and access from any modern browser.
