Hm. JenSense says that Adsense is paying 78.5% at least according to the NYTimes:
Yes, the article clearly states Google pays roughly 78.5 cents for every dollar an advertiser pays for advertising on partner sites. Unfortunately, it isn’t clearly attributed to anyone. However, this figure is definitely in the neighborhood of what I had believed the revenue split was at, so I do believe it is fairly accurate to my knowledge, based upon the information given in the SEC filings.
If YPN is paying more this certainly means that they’re near 100% as they payout is significantly better than Adsense. Either that or their charging more which I highly doubt.

In John Battelle’s The Search, he tells how Bill Gross started Overture with a set rate of 1cent per click, in order to attract advertisers to build the network. It’s clear that YPN is now offering higher percentage payouts in order to build up a critical mass of publishers as well. I think these percentages are way off though; as someone commented on the Jensense link you posted, 78% is for big traffic deals with folks like AOL; the reality for smaller publishers is never defined and is certainly much, much lower.
