For some reason I decided to plot the Debian release schedules. I was thinking that it would form an exponential growth curve – I was wrong (somewhat).
From 1.2 to 3.1 it’s a somewhat exponential curve if you do smoothing.
Below is the release schedule with the number of months from the pervious release. The X axis is the release number.
I’m going to make a prediction that the next release is Jan 2009.
