Firefox Extension Idea – Automatic Print Page Redirect 0

For example the NYTimes has two versions of the same URL:http://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/01/washington/01foley.html?_r=1&oref=sloginandhttp://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/01/washington/01foley.html?_r=1&oref=slogin&pagewanted=printThe second link is the print version.Someone should write a Firefox extension to detect URLs as they’re loaded and rewrite them to the print version of the URL.Granted this might upset some publishers who want the CPMs for their ads. This probably won’t be as big of a deal though since so few people would end up installing the extension.

The CNN Wire 0

Apparently CNN has a new product called “CNN Wire” (I haven’t seen this before) which is sort of a cross between a link blog, a MSM site, and a regular blog….
