Sleep
The importance of getting enough hours of sleep should not be underestimated and you should be having between 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. When you sleep, you give your brain the chance to rest and recuperate and to process the vast amount of data which it takes in each day. If you fail to give your brain the time to do this then you can find yourself becoming easily frustrated during the day when stressful situations present themselves to you. In order to get a better sleep and help in your fight against stress, you should try to get stuck into a routine, go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning. If you have difficulty sleeping then try to avoid sugary or high energy foods and drinks before you sleep and cut down on TV and tech in the hour before bed so as to let your brain begin to relax.
